Description
Fonio (Digitaria exillis), is a very old seed used as a cereal, it is ideal for preparing dishes such as couscous, tabbouleh, pilaf, it can be substituted for rice in any recipe.
Indication
It is a type of millet grown in Africa. It has numerous nutritional properties and adapts very well to arid climates. Now it is beginning to be known in Europe
Intake mode
It is recommended as a substitute for any other grain such as breakfast cereal, for salads, preparation of hamburgers, cookies, etc.
Precautions
May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool (below 18ºC), dry place, protected from sunlight and isolated from the ground.
