Description
Celnat's Chickpea Flakes allow to considerably reduce the cooking time of this legume without altering its flavor or texture.
Indication
These flakes will be used to prepare the delicious hummus (mash in Tahin) or to enrich protein in vegetable soups or simply in the form of mash as an accompaniment to vegetables and cereals.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 4 tsp. to s. per person and cook for 10 minutes in 200 ml of boiling water. Let swell off the heat for 2 minutes. Otherwise, directly incorporate your flakes into your salty or sweet recipe preparations such as gratins, soups, vegetable patties, donuts, cakes, cookies, breads.
