Description
Biocop's Red Red Lentils are very tasty, nutritious and do not require a pre-soak and only require 10 minutes of cooking. It is digested better than other varieties.
Indication
Indicated to make purees with a very fine texture. Lentils are high in protein, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E) and minerals like magnesium, zinc, selenium potassium, phosphorous, calcium, iron. Very rich in fiber.
