Description

Biocop's Red Red Lentils are very tasty, nutritious and do not require a pre-soak and only require 10 minutes of cooking. It is digested better than other varieties.

Indication

Indicated to make purees with a very fine texture. Lentils are high in protein, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E) and minerals like magnesium, zinc, selenium potassium, phosphorous, calcium, iron. Very rich in fiber.

Intake mode

It is recommended not to soak them since their cooking time is 10 minutes. Especially indicated for making purees since they do not have skin.

Precautions

May contain traces of sesame, soy, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts and lupins.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.
