Incredible Bio Fruit Oatmeal by Origens Bio is a mixture of oat flakes and dehydrated fruit that is prepared instantly, giving rise to a porridge.

Indication

It has a high fiber content and is composed only of natural ingredients, without artificial flavors, additives or sweeteners or added sugars.

Intake mode

- Porridge: 5 tablespoons + 140 ml of vegetable drink or milk + mix + 1 minute in the microwave.

- Yogurt: 1-2 tablespoons + mix.

- Smoothie: 1-2 tablespoons + 250 ml of vegetable drink or milk + fruit to taste + smoothie.

Precautions

Contains cereals with gluten. May contain traces of peanuts, soybeans, milk and dairy products, nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites and sulfur dioxide and lupins.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light, at room temperature to guarantee the original quality of the product.

Ingredients

Instant oat flakes* (45.5%), dried dates powder* (18%), ground flaxseed*, oatmeal* (11%), dried diced apple* (5%), ripe banana flour* (4.8%), dried raspberry* (2.5%), dried strawberry powder* (1%), fine pink Himalayan salt.
