Indication

They are a delicious way to introduce amaranth into your diet in an easy way, they can be added to your breakfast cereals, smoothies, salads, cookies, breads or use them in stews instead of amaranth in grain since, when they come precooked, they have a shorter cooking.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take it directly with yogurt or soaked in vegetable or derived drinks, juices etc. You can also cook them or use them to make different recipes (cookies, biscuits, etc.).
