Description

King Soba's Organic Buckwheat and Sweet Potato Noodles are a delicious blend of two healthy foods, Buckwheat and Sweet Potato, which are also at the low glycemic index.

Indication

This product is ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or wheat and gluten sensitive. Also, as a low glycemic index food, they work well for the diet. In typical Asian-style dishes, you can exchange pasta for these noodles and enjoy a very healthy pasta dish.

Intake mode

It is recommended to remove the paper ties. Bring water to a boil and slowly dip noodles then reduce to medium heat. Gently separate with a fork. Cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
