Description
Chickpea spirals Eco de Castagno is a delicious pasta made from chickpeas, a legume high in protein and naturally rich in magnesium, fiber, iron and phosphorus. Ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
Intake mode
It is recommended to pour 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta and 10g of salt into a pot and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes (al dente) or 7 minutes (well done). Drain and season to taste.
Precautions
May contain traces of gluten, soy, mustard and sesame seeds.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
