I have been buying gnocchi from this brand for years and when I saw that they had released them ECO and in a smaller size I took advantage. In terms of flavor, they taste exactly the same as the Farabella Gnocchi in the yellow package (gluten and lactose free, but not eco and typical gnocchi size), the different thing is the size, these are much smaller and I have used them sometimes when I prefer to make them crispy and toasted instead of boiling them. Always a success.
Llevo comprando gnocchi de esta marca desde hace años y cuando vi que los habian sacado ECO y en tamaño mas pequeño aproveché. En cuanto al sabor saben exactamente igual que los Gnocchi farabella del paquete amarillo (sin gluten ni lactosa, pero no eco y de tamaño tipico gnocchi), lo distinto en si es el tamaño, estos son mucho mas chiquititos y los he usado a veces cuando me apetece mas hacerlos crujientes y tostados en lugar de hervirlos. Un acierto siempre.

Description
Potato Gnocchi with Rice are a gluten-free pasta format specifically formulated for those intolerant to gluten.
Indication
Made with potatoes and rice flour, they are produced according to the ancient pasta-making tradition of Fara San Martino and with pure spring water from the uncontaminated Majella National Park in Abruzzo.
Intake mode
It is recommended to boil a large pot full of water: leave no less than 3 liters of water for 250g of gnocchi.
When it begins to boil, add about 5 grams of kitchen salt for each liter of water and, when it is boiling, add the gnocchi, raising the heat to compensate for the temperature.
Stir immediately to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. As soon as they float to the surface of the water, strain quickly and serve while still hot.
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Store in the refrigerator after use and consume within 3 days.
