Description
Cultivated for millennia in Asia, rice is now consumed throughout the world, constituting the staple diet of approximately half of the world's population. Originally from northern India, Basmati rice has a delicate fragrance.
Indication
Naturally gluten-free, rice is the most digestible cereal. White rice is suitable both for desserts and as a side cereal. It's less nutritious than brown or semi-brown rice, but it's great for people who have trouble tolerating fiber. It cooks fast, so it's perfect when you're in a hurry.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook over medium heat and half covered for about 10 to 15 minutes after it boils. Let it swell.
Precautions
Possible traces of cereals containing gluten, soy, nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, cashews) and sesame.
