Description

It is a cereal that provides all the nutrients that this precious cereal has prepared thanks to the fact that it has not been refined, with the whole grain and ecological, its nutritional qualities are in the best conditions.

Indication

Ideal in cases of diarrhea or gastroenteritis. The bran or fiber of brown rice contains minerals and vitamins, while its content in white rice is much lower. Fiber helps brown rice assimilate more slowly than white rice, thus maintaining balanced glucose levels. Bran helps prevent triglycerides and colon diseases. High-fiber foods are more filling than refined foods and are also digested more slowly. Brown rice contains more protein than white rice. Brown rice is slightly higher in fat, but its fiber content helps to assimilate them better.

Intake mode

It is recommended to cook for 20 to 30 minutes, leaving it to rest for 5 minutes.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
