One of my top 3 favorites to prepare sushi. It is a bit expensive and the package is small, but it is very well cooked and for sushi and poke it is a great option. Flavor a 10 too.

Description
Terrasana Sushi Rice rice of relatively large and round grain, of biological origin. It can be served in a shiitake and miso broth, or cooked with coconut milk for a tasty dessert.
Intake mode
It is recommended to wash the rice well and bring the water to a boil (with a ratio of 1.25). Let the rice for 15 minutes. Yarn over low heat. Bring the sushi rice during the chilling season with sushi vinegar and mirin.
