Description

Indication

Provides optimal levels of energy and vitality. It is cooked as a cereal accompanied by vegetables, in soups, salads, cakes and croquettes. It is also consumed germinated in salads.

Intake mode

Boiling with water for about 20 minutes is recommended. To eat as a cereal or prepare various dishes such as salads, croquettes, etc.
