Description
Buckwheat flakes are a very nutritious food. They contain slow assimilation carbohydrates and fiber. They are ideal for an energetic and digestive breakfast for the whole family.
Intake mode
It is recommended to put 1 cup of buckwheat for every 2 cups of water and cook according to your taste (approx. 20 min). Ideal for preparing porridge or stews.
