Description
Gourmet Wheat, Buckwheat and Pumpkin Mix from Primeal is the perfect mix of ingredients to accompany your recipes and prepare delicious nutritious dishes.
Intake mode
For 4 people: 2 mixing glasses (approx. 200 g). Bring 1 large volume of salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Then pour in the mixture and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Drain carefully and serve plain, with a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter. Eat hot as a side dish or cold as a salad.
