Description
Gourmet mix Wheat, spelled and red rice is the perfect mix to accompany your recipes.
Intake mode
Bring to a boil 2 vol. of water, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 vol. of the seed mixture and cook over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Serve hot as a garnish or cold as a salad.
