Terrasana Hiziki Seaweed is a black seaweed and a delicious, slightly firm bite. It is delicious as a garnish or a salad and delicious additional if you add soy sauce and mirin.
It is recommended to wash well. Soak for 5 min. (3 parts cold water for one of Hiziki). Boil in the soaking water for 20 min. Season in soy sauce (shoyu) and boil until the water evaporates completely.
