Description
Alga nori 10 sheets Bio are manufactured using the same traditional processes that are used to make Japanese paper. After harvesting, the nori is washed with clean water and then cut into small pieces of 4 to 6 mm. These pieces are then immersed in water, wrung out, and then dried. Nori is one of the most delicate and fragrant seaweeds.
Indication
Nori is rich in protein and includes all 10 essential amino acids in the right proportions. It also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, and C in significant amounts, as well as folic acid. It is also a remineralizing algae. The nori sheet is traditionally used to make delicious Japanese maki and sashimi or to wrap rice rolls with vegetables and/or fish.
Intake mode
It is recommended to toast the nori sheet, pass it over a gas flame, rapidly alternating from one side to the other to toast evenly until it changes color (turns dark green) and is crispy. Then cut the leaf into small pieces and sprinkle them on your salads or hot dishes or serve them as an appetizer. You can taste the nori grilled and cut into pieces as an appetizer. Shredded, the nori sheets can also be eaten in your cereal dishes, pasta, fish, vegetables... Cut into strips, they will enhance your soups or broths for soba.
