Description

Algae Agar Agar in Strips from La Finestra sul Cielo are perfect for thickening puddings, desserts and jellies and can be found in the form of sticks, flakes or strips.

Intake mode

It is recommended when accompanying salads or vegetables, put the algae in water for 20 minutes, drain and season to taste. For gelatin, add 15 grams of agar-agar per one liter of liquid, boil for 15 minutes and pour over the preparation. Wait for it to cool down.

Precautions

May contain traces of gluten and soy.
