Description
Wakame from Terrasana is a dark green seaweed, with a smooth texture and a delicious umami flavor. It is frequently used in salads and soups.
Indication
The wakame is:
- authentic japanese seaweed
- Delicious in (miso) soup and salads
- It is collected in the ultra-clean bay of Ise Shima (Japan)
Intake mode
It is recommended to break the strips into small pieces. Rinse well before use and soak in cold water for 5 minutes. Discard the soaking water. Cook for one minute in soups or use soaked in salads.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store tightly in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20 °C).
