Coffee with character, taken only you will find a hazelnut cream and high intensity for a specialty coffee thanks to its low altitude cultivation.
This Farm is located in Carmo do Paranaiba, in the Cerrado Mineiro region, Minas Gerais. It is favored by its altitude (1061 meters above sea level) and humid subtropical or high tropical climate, having two distinct seasons: a rainy summer and a dry winter. The society of this farm aims at the growth of good practices, courses and talks with employees and their families, are given regularly in many aspects: For example, First Aid, Family Finance Education, Home Education, Drug Control Conferences, Personal and Family Management, etc. Through a conscious analysis of the future, it is increasingly important to commit to fostering harmony between human beings and the balance between them and nature. Therefore, sustainable development seeks to meet the needs and aspirations of the present without compromising the capabilities of future generations.
Currently, Santa Cecilia has two main environmental certification labels, the Rainforest Alliance and UTZ Certified, both earned by effective merit in sustainability actions and good agricultural practices. The Environmental Plan has an in-depth study of the natural environment where certain agrosilvopastoral activity is carried out. This study comprises a set of analyzes and objectives to be applied for sustainable development to happen effectively. It also ensures a strategic comparison deployed in projects, hectares, legal reserve areas, flora and fauna, natural resources, etc. The Environmental Plan aims to protect the environment, balance through the development of activities that go beyond the performance of technicians and operational activities, which seeks to energize the balance between the technical and the economic, viability and rationalization of natural resources.
