Description

Lima green tea is a green tea, not fermented. Bancha tea leaves are harvested from mid-May to late summer, when the leaves are larger and have a firmer structure.

Indication

Late harvest reduces theine content. After harvesting the leaves, they are steamed for 1 minute so that they do not ferment and at the same time deactivate the enzymes, then gradually dry. Intake mode
