Infutisa's Valerian Infusion favors sleep reconciliation and improves sleep quality.

Indication

It is traditionally known for treating nervousness, insomnia and anguish, it improves mood and concentration.

Intake mode

It is recommended that you put the filter into a cup, pour boiling water about 100-150ml. Let the water absorb the soluble parts of the infusion for 3 minutes.
