Description
Herbaldi's meadowsweet herb is a preparation based on dry extracts of this medicinal plant, which has been used for healing purposes since ancient times. Phytotherapy today plays a relevant role and this plant has various ways of ingesting it, especially in teas and infusions.
Indication
Meadowsweed, also known as Queen of the Meadows, is a medicinal plant traditionally used for its properties as an antacid, analgesic, etc. Due to its flavonoid content, meadowsweet also has a sudorific action.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use in:
- Infusion: add 2g per cup of boiled and still hot water, leave to rest for ten minutes, stirring sporadically. Strain and drink throughout the day, up to 4 cups, after meals.
- Decoction for external use. Add 25 g to a liter of water and bring to the boil for 15 minutes; the liquid obtained, still hot, is used to perform local baths in ailments of the joints.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.
