Description
Oolong or blue tea is a type of tea that is obtained by partial natural oxidation of tea leaves, halfway between unfermented or barely fermented green tea and black tea whose leaves are fermented.
Indication
It thus offers a complex and surprising cup that combines the floral notes of green tea with the honeyed and stewed fruit notes of black tea.
Intake mode
Infuse your tea bag for 3-4 minutes in smiling water (just before the water boils).
The temperature of the water and the infusion time of the bag are two essential parameters when preparing your cup of tea.
*Water that is too hot or tea leaves that are too steeped will develop excessive astringency or bitterness.
Ingredients
Oolong tea from fair trade and organic farming.
