Bio rice drink with hazelnuts from Monsoy based on rice and hazelnuts, very energetic ecological, ideal for those with gluten intolerance and as an alternative to cow's milk.

Indication

The blender plant is located in the heart of the Montseny Natural Park. Our neighbors are farm fields, holm oak forests… and in front of us we have Matagalls, the highest peak in the park. The air is clean; the landscape, natural, and the flora and fauna, exuberant. And in order to keep everything as we have found it, we recycle 100% of the derivatives, by-products and waters that we use.

We select the organic grain, we grind it, we macerate it and by means of amylases (enzymes that convert carbohydrates such as starch into glucose molecules) we extract the nutrients and sweetness of the rice. Then we mix them with the toasted hazelnut. The drink then goes through a UHT treatment to ensure its food safety and is finally packaged

Those who have tried it say that they like the toasted flavor of hazelnut, with body and enveloping aromas. The rice gives it freshness and a sweet undertone.

All its ingredients come from organic farming. It can be consumed both cold and at room temperature. A suitable drink to eat at any time of the day, ideal for achieving a balanced diet using plant-based proteins and for those sensitive to dairy and / or gluten products.
