Indication

It is an ideal shake to follow a hypocaloric diet to lose weight responsibly and without giving up flavour. The products in the Optifast range have been clinically tested. They can be taken as a substitute for one or more of the main meals. They are ideal products to integrate into hypocaloric diets because they help meet 2 objectives: Reduce weight, maintain the lost weight in the long term.

Intake mode

It is recommended to ingest as follows; for a mixed hypocaloric diet: it consists of combining with usual foods. Replace 1 or 2 main meals a day with 1 sachet of OPTIFAST in each of them (1 sachet = 1 meal). And as an exclusive diet: all meals of the day are replaced by OPTIFAST (4 sachets / day). Remember to drink an adequate volume of fluids. It is suggested to drink 2 liters of water or caloric liquids a day (infusions, vegetable broths ...)

Precautions

This product should only be ingested by adults, unless otherwise directed by a health professional. It is recommended to use under medical supervision, especially when used as an exclusive diet for more than 3 weeks.
