Description
Aquafaba vegetable alternative egg white Bio from Casa Amella is a revolutionary product, the vegetable alternative to eggs in a multitude of recipes. If you are vegan or have an egg intolerance, aquafaba is the magic ingredient for your recipes that include eggs. It is also used in cocktail bars, to prepare the famous pisco sour.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use as an egg substitute to prepare sweet and savory recipes: mousse, meringue, mayonnaise, carbonara sauce, omelette, batters, cocktails and much more.
Shake the bottle to activate all its properties, open, pour the contents into a large enough bowl and beat with a whisk or food processor in just 3 minutes per 100ml. You will get the aquafaba whipped to the point of snow.
30ml aquafaba = 1 egg white.
