Smoothie Substitutes yogurt & strawberry powder
Shake Replaces Bicentury powder (yogurt and strawberry) can replace a meal because it contains all its nutrients.
It is recommended to pour into large glasses, then add (50 ml) skimmed milk and mix vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add skimmed milk until complete (200 ml) and then ingest it.
It may contain traces of soy and derivatives thereof.
