Description

Organically grown golden flax seeds from El Granero Integral are a nutritional supplement that has positive effects on different body functions. They are made up mostly of oils, rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.

Indication

It is one of the richest vegetable sources of Omega-3, which is found in greater quantity compared to Omega-6, it is rich in both soluble and insoluble fiber, which helps to stabilize blood glucose levels, reduce the level of lipoproteins, eliminate toxins present in the intestine, have a laxative effect.

Intake mode

It is recommended to soak in juices or vegetable drinks and then add to yogurts. They can also be ground and added to salads, cake or bread doughs, etc.

Precautions

May contain soy, sesame, nuts and mustard.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place protected from light.
