Mugi Miso Unpasteurized
Mugi Miso Unpasteurized from Terrasana is made from organic soy and barley. Miso is a perfect blend of all five flavors: salty, sweet, sour, sour, and umami. It's great for making miso soup, it also does well with noodles, vegetables, and tofu dishes.
It is recommended to use to season soups, sauces, vegetables, meat and fish.
