Description
Kenshô Barley Miso is a mugi miso made from barley and soybeans. Barley replaces rice, so it has a much more intense flavor.
Intake mode
It is recommended to add a tablespoon in soups (add once the fire has gone out), stir well to dissolve. It can also be used to enhance the flavor of vegetables and sauces or as a substitute for salt.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator for better conservation.
