Description
Conca Organics Fine Gem Salt is a crystalline salt formed under high pressure under the mountains. Its origin is from crystallization by the natural action of the wind and the sun (solar evaporation) and subsequent centrifugation and drying. The final product is free of foreign matter or bodies unrelated to its composition.
Indication
This salt comes from a saline deposit originating more than 250 million years ago that is protected underground. As it has not been in contact with the sea today, this rock salt does not contain microplastics or other current marine pollutants.
Intake mode
It is recommended to add it in any elaboration to which you want to give a Mediterranean touch. Ideal for salads, vegetables and other dishes.
