Description
Casa Amella's vegan brava sauce (a moderately spicy chili) is a vegan-friendly hot sauce based on chickpeas (aquafaba) as an egg alternative.
Indication
The production process is artisanal and with organic, natural and 100% plant based ingredients. We do not add sugars, colorings, or refined oils. Neither soy, egg nor lactose.
Aquafaba is the egg alternative thanks to its functional properties. Its creamy texture and mild flavor will surprise you and everyone at home will like it! Enjoy it! Oh, and since we don't add any additives to the chickpeas, the aquafaba (the chickpea cooking broth) also doesn't contain any additives (antioxidants, sequestrants, etc.).
Intake mode
Use as an accompanying sauce or for recipes.
