Description
Shiro Miso de Lima is a rice and fermented soybean paste characterized by a very mild, almost sweet flavor. Produced by short-term fermentation. It only contains 5% salt.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use as a bouillon cube in all kinds of dishes to enhance its flavor: in soups, sauces, spreads, vegetable dishes, vinaigrettes, etc. Just mix a small amount in a little water for easy use.
