Rapunzel Organic Salt Free Roasted Tahin is a sesame spread, without salt. The sesame flavor develops with gentle roasting with hot air. Then it is finely ground. Delicious and aromatic, with a mild toasted fruit flavor.

Indication

Sesame is prized for its high nutritional value. It is a source of protein. It has a high content of phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron. It is rich in selenium and is a source of potassium.

Intake mode

It is recommended for spreading. Base for the preparation of hot sauces, vinaigrettes, hummus and vegetable pates. Also in desserts or mixed with cereal syrup to make delicious spreading creams. Since only organic sesame is used and without additives, sesame oil itself can remain on the surface. Just stir vigorously.
