Indication

It has countless uses as a condiment for meats, fish, vegetables, salads, soups and sauces. Preparing aioli sauce for boiled, roasted potatoes or any other format is also ideal. It goes well with all kitchen herbs and spices, a small amount of dehydrated garlic reinforces the other flavors.
It strengthens the immune system and its antioxidants exert a protective effect against cellular damage and aging.
Consumption of garlic reduces the level of bad lipoproteins.
The great drawback of consuming raw garlic is its unpleasant smell once digested, because that smell is released through breath, sweat and urine. With dehydrated garlic, these effects are reduced.
