Organic Irish Salmon Bone Stock is cooked for 20 hours and is therefore packed with nutrients and minerals and gets its fine flavor from star anise, fennel and celery.
Wild water salmon are grown in running water at a sustainable fish farm in Ireland. Due to good breeding and high water quality, the farm's aquaculture is one of the best in the world.
