Description
Organic Suckling Veal Bone Broth is simmered for 20 hours, dissolving valuable nutrients such as collagen, amino acids and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) from the bones and binding them to the broth.
We only use organic bones from pasture-raised calves from organic farming. It is made with bones with a high collagen content (calf legs, ankles, kneecaps and thighs).
As a base for the beef bone broth, we cook a homemade vegetable broth made from organic vegetables. The ingredients come from farmers in the region surrounding our production in Bavaria. A recipe with spices (eg Bertram, Quendel, Hyssop) makes this beef bone broth especially beneficial.
Intake mode
How do you use suckling calf bone broth?
- As a daily health routine to provide collagen and amino acids.
- To enhance shakes - with the collagen and protein in bone broth.
- To diet or fasting (only 28 kcal per 350ml).
- As a natural source of protein and amino acids after exercise.
- As a base for tasty recipes (for example, soups, sauces, roasts).
