Organic Suckling Veal Bone Broth is simmered for 20 hours, dissolving valuable nutrients such as collagen, amino acids and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) from the bones and binding them to the broth. We only use organic bones from pasture-raised calves from organic farming. It is made with bones with a high collagen content (calf legs, ankles, kneecaps and thighs). As a base for the beef bone broth, we cook a homemade vegetable broth made from organic vegetables. The ingredients come from farmers in the region surrounding our production in Bavaria. A recipe with spices (eg Bertram, Quendel, Hyssop) makes this beef bone broth especially beneficial.
