Description
Slow- cooked zucchini with peppers and onions, seasoned with a specially selected curry, with a touch of soy cream : a creamy recipe where strength and sweetness are perfectly balanced.
Intake mode
It is recommended to heat before serving. This recipe goes perfectly with a grilled meat (tofu, tempeh) or even a cereal (like our quinoa with onions and raisins). Suggested drink: bergamot tea.
