Indication

In this tasty recipe, the pumpkin and sunflower seeds bring out the typical taste of small spelled. Personalize your patties by adding grated vegetables, cheese and the spices of your choice. You can enjoy them hot or cold, accompanied by a green salad or vegetables according to your desires. Source of protein and fiber. No added salt.

Intake mode

It is advisable to mix a sachet of Mix'Galettes with the same volume of boiling water (i.e. 280ml) and salt. Leave to thicken for a few minutes. Adjust the seasoning and water if necessary, mix. Form small patties directly in an oiled pan with a spoon and cook for a few minutes on each side. To vary (be careful, non-vegan recipe), replace the 280ml of water with 1 egg and 200ml of boiling water.
