Description
The Energy Feelings Veggie Burger is a simple formulation that, after hydrating and mixing, a meat substitute is achieved with its ideal flavor and texture to enjoy an extremely healthy meal, quickly and easily.
Indication

- Vegetable alternative to meat and ideal to combine in all your recipes. An absolutely simple, smooth and neutral protein option.
- It is much more sustainable, it has a simple and chemical-free production process and it cooks quickly, recommended for all ages and all genders.
- Proteins contribute to increase muscle mass, to preserve muscle mass, they contribute to the maintenance of bones under normal conditions.
- It has antioxidant effects.
Intake mode
- It is recommended to add all the content of Veggie Burger to a bowl, add very cold water (250 ml) and oil (40 ml) and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Leave them in the freezer to hydrate for 30 min.
- Knead the mixture by hand to form the Burger. Let them rest for 5 min in the cold.
- Cook the burgers in the pan or in the oven as you like.
- Once reconstructed, it lasts in the fridge for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
For 130 g of Veggie Burger preparation, 420 g of vegan hamburger once hydrated is obtained, equivalent to 2-3 hamburgers.
