Intake mode
It is recommended in a bowl, add: all the content of vegan MEATBALLS, 170 ml of very cold water and 40 ml of extra virgin olive oil and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
Leave them in the freezer to hydrate for 30 min.
Knead the mixture by hand to form the meatballs. Let stand for 5 minutes in the fridge
Cook the meatballs in the pan or oven to your liking!
2-3 servings are obtained. Once rebuilt, it lasts in the fridge for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
