Description
The bran toasts are made with corn and wheat flour obtained through the technique of extrusion of kneaded flours, without the use of yeast.
Indication
Its manufacturing process favors the assimilation of its ingredients in a predigested form.
This new procedure makes them very light and crunchy. 30% wheat bran is added to these toasts, increasing its dietary fiber content four times (17%).
These toasts are made with fructose instead of sucrose, so they are better tolerated by diabetics.
The caloric content is low, they provide less than 15 kcal per toast, so they are very useful in weight control and maintenance diets.
