Description

Goldrink Premium is an excellent isotonic drink, made up of glucose and fructose in the ideal 2:1 ratio, electrolytes, BCCA and Glutapep. It is the ideal ideal drink to improve performance and recovery during long workouts.

Indication

The addition of rapidly absorbed amino acids to Goldrink Premium allows delaying muscle glycogen depletion and reducing protein catabolism. Sodium in combination with glucose stimulates intestinal absorption of water, but this electrolyte will also stimulate glucose absorption in the intestine. Thus, the inclusion of sodium in the recommended doses, in the isotonic drink, leads the athlete to achieve better hydration and better sports performance.

Intake mode

It is recommended to prepare the drink, add 1 level measure (40 g) for every 500 ml of water. Mix well. Drinking during training sessions/tests of more than 1 hour. For runs between 1:00 and 2:00, drink one dose every hour. Tastings from 2h to 3h drink two shots per hour or interspersed with gels.

Precautions

Not recommended in diabetic subjects, adjust the dose to the blood glucose values and the level of effort.
Manufactured in facilities that handle soy, gluten, eggs and fish, therefore it may contain traces of these.
