Description

Hydrazero is an essential mineral salt drink when exercising, since we must replenish the electrolytes lost to perform well, not only in competitions but also in training.

Indication

Each serving of Hydrazero provides 500 mg of sodium, which improves hydration and provides a better balance of body fluids.

Being a hypotonic drink, its osmolarity is lower than that of blood plasma, which favors intracellular hydration. In addition to the fact that the risk of digestive discomfort with this type of drink is also lower.

Its use is especially recommended when exercising as hydration and as a recharge of mineral salt deposits prior to competitions and recovery of mineral salt levels after physical exercise.

Intake mode

It is recommended to dissolve 7.5 g of product (1 sachet) in 750 ml of water.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Keep the container tightly closed, in a dry and cool place.
