Indication

Vitamins B1, B2, PP, B6 and C contribute to the conversion of food into energy. - Vitamin C can help reduce fatigue in case of deficiency. - Vitamins E and B2 are involved in the antioxidant protection of cellular components. Finally, the two delicious flavors (chocolate, chocolate and hazelnut) give you pleasure with every bite.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat a bar 15 minutes before exercising. For training, eat a bar after 45 min. Finally, for intense effort, one bar in the half hour before the event and one bar during the exercise. Accompany with a drink.
