Description
Broccoli from Salud Viva is a vegetable from the cruciferous family, related to cauliflowers, cabbage and turnips but with greater nutritional value. It is a vegetable with multiple properties for our health.

Indication
Sulforaphane is a very powerful compound that is derived from glucoraphanin and is formed when broccoli is chewed. It increases enzymes that help the body kill abnormal cells. It helps the body limit oxidation, the process by which many chronic conditions start at the cellular level.
Intake mode
It is recommended to dissolve in raw smoothies and also in broths and soups. High temperatures inactivate the action of myrosinase, so it should not be added to cooking, but only when the broth has been removed from the heat and its temperature has dropped to about 40-45 degrees.
