Bioprasad Chia Seeds is a fantastic superfood, it contains 7 times more Omega than salmon, it is very rich in soluble fiber, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron and with 5 times more assimilable calcium than milk.

Indication

It has many properties which help lower cholesterol and triglycerides. High phosphorous content, provides benefits to memory. It helps the regeneration of tissues, skin cells, membranes, mucosa and nerves, and to control blood sugar levels. Does not contain gluten. It has around 30% soluble fiber in the form of mucilage, generating a feeling of satiety. It also acts as a natural laxative. Provides vitamins of the BA complex

Intake mode

It is recommended to use to the taste of the consumer.
