Description
Premium Eco Gelatinized Maca from Salud Viva is a superfood based on a unique combination of black, yellow and red maca in equal proportions, which combines the benefits of all three in a single product.
Indication
Maca is a plant that comes from Peru and has been used for centuries, it was used by the Incas according to the evidence of archaeological data. There are different types of maca with different properties, black maca, red maca, yellow maca... Gelatinization refers to the process that maca goes through when extracting the starch, but it does not mean that it contains gelatin.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take 3-9 grams (1-3 teaspoons) dissolved in water, juices, smoothies, shakes… These dosage levels are based on an age of 40 years in good general health and weighing 75 kg.
Note: Although Gelatinized Maca is more concentrated, we recommend the same amount as Premium Maca to compensate for the fact that some nutrients have been destroyed by heating.
