Description

El Granero Integral wheat green (also called wheat grass or wheatgrass) is obtained from young shoots of wheat grass, when it has the highest nutritional and mineral value.

Indication

It is a great source of easily absorbed nutrients, it contains most of the B vitamins and vitamins C, E, H and K, beta-carotene, minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium, sulfur, fluorine, silicon, zinc, manganese ), omega and amino acid oils. It is also very rich in protein and fiber. It can contain up to 70% chlorophyll. Although it is wheat, it does not contain gluten naturally (it is found in the seed).

Intake mode

It is recommended to consume a serving of 10 g (1 tablespoon) a day. The container contains 20 servings.

Precautions

Keep closed, in a cool and dry place.
